Shipping on a Normal Day
- Delivery is on Monday – Friday only
- The process will take 1-4 days of working hours.
- A tracking number will be sent to the customer once purchased either via email or WhatsApp from the system.
- If the tracking number is not received within 3 days please contact our team support via email or WhatsApp. (customer service/sales team / drop-shipper)
Shipping on Peak Season / During Sales
- Process within 4-7 days of working hours. Days to ship may vary, depending on the volume of orders received.
- Please be advised that orders placed during sales or peak season may take longer to process due to bulk orders. Urgent orders are strongly discouraged.
- The delivery duration for your parcel depends on your place of residence. Typically, deliveries to the Klang Valley region are completed within 2 to 3 business days. For locations in Peninsular Malaysia, you can anticipate a delivery window of 4 to 5 days. Deliveries to East Malaysia may extend to 1 to 2 weeks due to the more distant location. It’s important to note that the specific courier service in your area may also influence the delivery timeline.
